Smoked Pork Tenderloin Sliders

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin

BBQ Rub

BBQ Sauce (I use KC Style Sauce)

Slider Buns

Pickles

Garlic Aioli (or mayo if you prefer)

Directions

Trim tenderloin to remove all fat
Coat with your favorite BBQ rub and wrap with cling wrap
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to season, 4 or 5 is better.
Remove tenderloin from wrap and place directly on smoker grate
Ignite smoker and set to 250 degrees
Let cook until tenderloin reaches 145-150 Deg (about 60 - 90 Minutes)
About 10 min prior to removing from smoker brush on BBQ sauce
Remove from smoker
Slice to 1/4' pieces
Place on bun and cover with BBQ sauce
Serve with pickles and garlic aioli or mayo on bun.
